- High-Quality Ball Joint: Control arms are equipped with heat-treated and Zinc-nickel alloy treated ball joints, offering superior strength and corrosion resistance. Each ball joint has hexagonal hole for easy installation. High-quality professional specialized tower dust cover keep contaminants out. An extra ball joint is included for replacement.The bottom of the ball joint is equipped with an greaseable zerk (new ball joints do not require additional grease for 1 year). The protective cover effectively prevents mud and sand from entering, extending the service life of th ball joint.
- Upgraded PU Bushings: Compared to rubber bushings, PU bushing and surface U-groove can reduce noise and easier lubrication, improve vehicle handling and control arm longevity, suitable for high and low temperature weather. The lubricated tube which is installed together with the PU bushing, reduces corrosion and wear by allowing fresh lubricant to flush out contaminants.
- Materials: Made of thickened 1.25" DOM tubing with powder coated surface to improve the service life. MIG welding provides better stability. Our control arms significantly outlast OEM upper control arms, enhancing vehicle handling stability, safety, and tire longevity.
- After-Sales Service: 1) Factory wheels: The control arm required 1/2 inch or 1.5 inch wheel spacer to install with stock wheels and tires. 2) Aftermarket wheels: The upper control arm requires that aftermarket wheels have a maximum offset of 5.50" to ensure they can accommodate 12.50" wide tires.
